基于圆管螺旋流的物料仓水力输送试验研究

摘要 圆管螺旋流水力输送物料仓系统将管道水力输送技术和螺旋流输固机理相结合,减少了水质污染、管道易堵塞磨损和耗能高等缺点。通过物理模型试验,研究了多种水流、边界因子对物料仓输送速度的影响。结果表明:系统中局部起旋管导流条安放角为45°时物料仓的输送速度最高,随着流量的增大输送速度增大,而随着物料密度的增大,物料仓的输送速度呈现减小的趋势。研究结果揭示了水流流量、物料仓密度对物料仓输送速度的影响程度,为圆管螺旋流水力输送物料仓系统的优化设计提供一定参考。 The circular tube spiral flow hydraulic conveying material bin system combines the pipeline hydraulic conveying technology and the spiral flow solid conveying mechanism to reduce the disadvantages of water pollution,easy blockage and wear of the pipeline and high energy consumption.In this paper,the influence of various water flow and boundary factors on the conveying speed of material silo is studied by physical model test.The result show that the conveying speed of the material silo is the highest when the placement angle of the guide bar of the local rotating pipe in the system is 45°.The conveying speed increases with the increase of the flow rate,and the conveying speed of the material silo decreases with the increase of the material density.The research result reveal the influence of water flow rate and material warehouse density on the conveying speed of the material warehouse,which provides a certain reference for the optimal design of the material warehouse system of pipe spiral flow hydraulic conveying.
