摘要
提出了一种应对地震事件下的大坝运行状态评价体系,结合地震事件风险等级及其对大坝运行安全的影响程度进行应急响应分级,并根据不同应急响应级别对应提取关注的监测项目,对事件发生前后的监测数据进行对比分析,综合评价大坝运行状态。重点介绍了地震事件风险分级方法、监测项目分级响应原则,以及震前震后监测数据综合对比分析方法,并以某水电站经历的一次地震事件为例,运用本评价体系评估大坝的运行状态。结果显示该评价体系因时制宜,可优化水电站应急管理资源配置,为管理人员准确掌握大坝运行状态提供及时信息,可提升工程安全应急管理技术水平,提高工程应对突发事件的能力。
This article proposes an evaluation system for dam operation status in response to earthquake events.The emergency response is graded based on the risk level of earthquake events and their impact on dam operation safety.Monitoring items of concern are extracted according to different emergency response levels,and monitoring data before and after the event is compared and analyzed to comprehensively evaluate the dam operation status.The article focuses on the method of earthquake event risk classification,the principles of monitoring project classification response,and the comprehensive comparative analysis method of monitoring data before and after earthquakes;Taking an earthquake event experienced by a certain hydropower station as an example,the evaluation system proposed in this article is used to evaluate the operational status of the dam.This evaluation system is tailored to the situation and can optimize the allocation of emergency management resources for hydropower stations.It provides timely information for managers to accurately grasp the operation status of dams,improves the technical level of engineering safety emergency management,and enhances the ability of engineering to respond to emergencies.
