摘要
3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸分子中同时含有酚羟基和羧基这两类重要的活性官能团,能够发生醚化、氧化、还原、胺化及杂环化等反应,因此以3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸为原料可以合成种类繁多的3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸的醚、酯、酰氯、酰肼、酰腙及杂环类等化合物,这些化合物大多数具有生物生理活性,在食品、医药、农药、生物及染料等行业得到了广泛的应用,所以大力开展3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸在有机合成中的应用研究具有重要意义。
3,4,5-Trihydroxybenzoic acid molecules contain both phenolic hydroxyl and carboxyl groups,which are important active functional groups,and can undergo etherification,esterification,oxidation,reduction,amination,and heterocyclization reactions.Therefore,using 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid as a raw material,a wide variety of 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid ether,ester,acyl chloride,hydrazide,hydrazone,and heterocyclic compounds can be synthesized.Most of these compounds have biological and physiological activities,and have been widely used in food,medicine,pesticide,biological and dye industries.So,it is of great significance to study the application of 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoic acid in organic synthesis.
