摘要
大学生职业生涯规划课程承担着引导学生树立健康、积极、理性的就业心态,找准职业定位,积极主动高质量就业的使命。教师中心的教学模式难以激发学生学习的主动性和参与性,“课程思政”的目标也难以达成和检核。本研究在挖掘职业生涯规划课程中的“课程思政”元素和融入点的基础上,对该课程进行了BOPPPS有效教学设计。在706名本科一年级学生中的教学实践显示:BOPPPS模式下的该课程突出了以学生为中心的参与式学习理念,有效地达成了知识传授、价值引领和能力提升等教学目标。
Career Planning for Undergraduates is aimed at establishing a healthy,positive and rational employment mentality and to find the right career orientation for the students.The teacher-centered mode is difficult to stimulate students’participation,and the goal of“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”is difficult to obtain and evaluate.In this paper,the effective teaching design of BOPPPS is integrated with“Curriculum Ideology and Politics”in the career planning course.Teaching practice among 706 junior undergraduate students reveals that the course under the BOPPPS model highlighted the concept of student-centered participatory learning and effectively achieved the teaching objectives of knowledge transfer,value leadership and ability enhancement.
