N、P配施对平茬后云南松N、P、K含量及氮磷比的影响 被引量:4

Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen and Phosphorus on N,P,K Content and N/P Ratio in Pinus yunnanensis after Stumping

摘要 为揭示平茬后云南松的施肥效应机制及其云南松穗条培育提供科学指导。以1 a生云南松为研究对象,采用2因素3水平3×3回归设计,分析不同氮(N)、磷(P)肥对云南松营养元素含量及化学计量比的影响。结果表明:施肥后,各器官营养元素变异来源和显著性关系随时间变化发生改变,且随着施肥后时间的增加,各器官营养元素含量及化学计量比与变异来源之间的显著性关系减少。总体上,平茬后云南松各器官的N含量随施肥时间的增加逐渐下降,根和萌条中的P含量变化趋势为先下降后上升、茎和叶中P含量为先上升后下降,各器官的K含量为先下降后上升。N肥显著影响各器官的N、P、K含量,P肥显著影响根、叶、萌条中N、P、K含量和茎中N、K含量。N、P配施显著影响各器官的N、P、K含量。随着时间的推移,各器官N∶P呈现显著下降的趋势。施肥后整个时间动态变化中,N∶P在不同器官中均小于14。综上所述,N、P配施改变了平茬后云南松各器官的元素动态变化和元素含量变化,根据化学计量比推测其生长的主要限制元素是N元素。 This study aimed to investigate the mechanism of fertilization effect after stumping and to provide some scientific guidance for cultivating Pinus yunnanensis nursery of scion.The annual P.yunnanensis seedling was used as the research object,a 3×3 regression design with 2-factor and 3-level was employed to analyze the effect of nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P)fertilizers on the nutrient content and stoichiometric ratio of P.yunnanensis seedling.The results showed that the variation of sources of nutrient and significant relationships among organs varied with time after fertilization,and the significant relationship between the nutrient content and stoichiometric ratios of each organ and the sources of variation decreased with time after fertilization.In general,nitrogen content of all organs of P.yunnanensis seedling initially decreased with time after fertilization.The phosphorus content in roots and sprouts initially decreased firstly and then increased.The phosphorus content in stems and leaves initially increased and then decreased.The potassium(K)content in all organs initially decreased and then increased.Nitrogen fertilization significantly affected the N,P,and K contents of each organ,while phosphorus fertilization significantly affected the N,P,and K contents of roots,leaves,and sprouts,as well as the N and K contents of stems.Nitrogen and phosphorus combination applications significantly affected N,P,and K contents of each organ.N∶P ration in each organ decreased significantly with time and was less than 14 in different organs,the results suggest that the N and P fertilization changed the elemental dynamics and content changes in all organs of P.yunnanensis seedling after stumping.Based on stoichiometric ratios,the main limiting element for its growth is presumed to be N.
