摘要
将科研前沿注入本科课堂,是提高大学课堂教学质量、打造金课的有效途径之一。“聚集态荧光增强”材料是唯一一个由我国科学家原创的新材料。以“聚集态荧光增强”为主线,利用晶体结构解析,阐述如何利用σ键自由旋转基础知识理解这一与当时已写入教科书数十年的一个光物理学常识“聚集态荧光淬灭”正好相反的现象、反过来这一现象又是如何深化基础理论知识。同时,将课堂思政融入其中,培养学生严谨求实、大胆创新的科学态度。
It is one of the exceedingly effective strategies of enhancing the teaching quality and creating the golden course to inject the frontier of scientific researches into the university class.The“aggregation-induced emission”-active material is the only novel material discovered by Chinese scientists.The“aggregation-induced emission”was taken as the main line,the tactics of crystal structure analysis was exploited,and how to use the basic knowledge of the free rotation of σ bond to understand this phenomenon was explained,which was opposite to the common knowledge of photophysical phenomenon of“aggregation-caused quenching”that had been written into textbooks for decades at that time and how to deepen the explanation of the basic theoretical knowledge in turn.At the same time,the classroom politics were also integrated to train students the rigorous and realistic,bold and innovative scientific attitudes.
