摘要
自高校教师党支部书记“双带头人”培育工程实施以来,各高校在“双带头人”队伍建设、培育制度体系构建以及工作保障落实上出实招、求实效,高校教师党支部建设质量得到明显提升,但在选人、榜样引领、激励、考核、培训以及人才储备等机制上还面临许多现实困境,影响了“双带头人”培育工程的实施。展望未来,要从完善各方面制度上下功夫,以期构建“双带头人”培育长效机制。
Since the implementation of the cultivation project of the“double leader”of teachers Party branch secretary in colleges and universities,various colleges and universities have taken effective measures and sought practical results in the construction of the“double leader”team,the construction of the cultivation system,and the implementation of job security.The quality of the construction of teachers Party branch in colleges and universitieshas been significantly improved.However,the cultivation of the“double leader”still faces many practical difficulties in mechanism such as talent selection,role model guidance,motivation,assessment,training,and talent reserve,which affects the implementation of the“double leader”cultivation project.Looking ahead to the future,efforts should be made to improve various systems in order to build a long-term mechanism for cultivating the“double leader”.
