摘要
炎症性皮肤病为临床常见病、多发病,张庆祥教授认为炎症性皮肤病的核心病机是肝脾失调、气机失常,临床治疗强调调和肝脾,调畅气机,标本兼治。方用柴平汤加减,具有疏肝健脾、调畅气机、清热祛湿之功,肝脾两脏功能健运,气机得以调畅,脏腑调和,从而皮肤病得愈。
Inflammatory skin disease is a common disease with frequent occurrence in clinic.Professor ZHANG Qingxiang holds that the core disease mechanism of inflammatory skin disease is disorder of liver and spleen,and disorder of qi movement.In clinical treatment,harmonizing liver and spleen,regulating qi movement,and treating both branch and root causes.Chaiping Decoction(柴平汤)is often applied with modification.It has the functions of dredging liver and invigorating spleen,regulating qi movement,clearing heat and removing dampness,and therefore it could invigorate the transporting function of liver and spleen,regulate qi movement,and harmonize zang-fu organs,so as to cure skin diseases.
