摘要
为评价不同地点不同甜荞品种中黄酮含量的差异、营养品质间的相关性和区域适应性,试验以在河北省康保县、贵州省贵阳市、宁夏自治区固原市、四川省凉山州、内蒙古自治区赤峰市5个地点种植的13个甜荞品种为材料,并利用AMMI模型进行分析评价。结果表明,5个地点中宁夏固原黄酮平均含量最高,贵州贵阳黄酮平均含量最低;13个品种中丰甜1号黄酮平均含量最高,宁荞1号黄酮平均含量最低。贵州贵阳稳定性最好,宁夏固原稳定性最差;定荞1号稳定性最好,宁荞1号稳定性最差。13个甜荞品种的蛋白质含量和脂肪含量间显著正相关,水分含量和脂肪含量间显著负相关,水分含量和淀粉含量间极显著负相关;不同地点的甜荞品种淀粉含量和脂肪含量间极显著正相关,淀粉含量、脂肪含量和黄酮含量间极显著正相关。DCI含量与海拔间显著负相关,黄酮含量、淀粉含量、脂肪含量、纤维含量和蛋白质含量与纬度和海拔间的相关性未达到显著水平。试点和品种的黄酮平均含量变异均非常明显,但品种变异远小于试点变异,13个甜荞品种黄酮含量及其他营养品质含量存在显著差异,在不同地点的适应性不同。
In order to evaluate the difference in flavonoid content,the correlation between nutritional quality,and regional adaptability of different F.esculentum Moench varieties in different places,in this study,13 F.esculentum Moench varieties were planted in five places of Kangbao county of Hebei province,Guiyang city of Guizhou province,Guyuan city of Ningxia Autonomous Region,Liangshan prefecture of Sichuan province,and Chifeng city of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and AMMI model was used for analysis and evaluation.The results showed that among the five places,Guyuan had the highest average content of flavonoids and Guiyang had the lowest.Among the 13 varieties,Fengtian 1 had the highest average content of flavonoids and Ningqiao 1 had the lowest.Guiyang had the best stability,while Guyuan had the worst.Dingqiao 1 had the best stability in varieties,while Ningqiao 1 had the worst.There was a significant positive correlation between protein and fat,a significant negative correlation between water and fat,and a very significant negative correlation between water and starch in 13 F.esculentum Moench varieties.While in different sites significantly positively related to varieties of starch,fat and flavone,between starch and fat positive correlation was extremely significant.DCI content was negatively correlated with altitude but contents of flavonoids,starch,fat,fiber and protein were not significantly correlated with latitude and altitude.The experiment showed that the variation of the pilot and varieties was very obvious,but the variation of varieties was far less than that of the pilot.The contents of flavonoids and other nutritional qualities of 13 F.esculentum Moench varieties were significantly different,and their adaptability was different in different locations。
