高压低温液氧储罐设计及制造难点分析

摘要 高压低温液氧储罐主要盛装介质为液氢、液氧、液氮、液氦等液体,在设备运行过程中由夹套内的液氮及保温保障内部液氧容器的工作温度,并在液氧容器顶部充装氮气实现增压目的,保证氧以液态的状态储存。由于工作过程中存在压力波动工况,属于典型的疲劳设备。本文介绍了高压低温液氧储罐总体设计思路及结构应力分析,针对高压低温液氧储罐的图样设计和生产制造进行赘述。 High pressure and low temperature liquid oxygen storage tanks mainly contain liquids such as liquid hydrogen,liquid oxygen,liquid nitrogen,and liquid helium.During the operation of the equipment,the working temperature of the internal liquid oxygen container is ensured by the liquid nitrogen and insulation inside the jacket,and nitrogen is filled at the top of the liquid oxygen container to achieve pressurization,ensuring that oxygen is stored in a liquid state.Due to the presence of pressure fluctuations during the working process,it is a typical fatigue equipment.This article introduces the overall design concept and structural stress analysis of high-pressure and low-temperature liquid oxygen storage tanks,and provides a detailed description of the design and production of high-pressure and low-temperature liquid oxygen storage tanks.
