摘要
将40目斜交胎胎粉用于沥青改性,通过搅拌30 min后用胶体磨高速剪切60 min达到胶粉在沥青中均匀分散效果,实验室测评了胶粉掺量在15%~27%范围内胶粉改性沥青的常规性能指标,结果显示,斜交胎胶粉可以显著提升基质沥青的低温延展性,但是所有改性沥青试样的针入度指标均低于技术要求,同时,当胶粉掺量高于23%,胶粉改性沥青的180℃黏度高于技术要求中1.5~4.0 Pa·s的范围。为缓解体系针入度偏低与综合性能有待提升的问题,参考现阶段胶粉改性沥青工程技术,将2%SBS与23%胶粉混合制备改性沥青,对比测评了掺量0%~6%的废弃植物油对复配改性沥青的性能影响效果,结果显示掺量4%~6%的废弃植物油可以实现复合改性沥青黏度适宜且各项性能指标满足技术要求。
In this paper,using the 40⁃mesh bias tire rubber powder to modify the asphalt,after blending for 30 minutes and high⁃speed shearing for 60 minutes,the rubber powder dispersed evenly in the asphalt.The regular performance of the rubber powder⁃modified asphalt with the rubber powder content of 15%–27%was tested and evaluated.The results showed that the bias tire rubber powder could significantly improve the low⁃temperature ductility of the matrix asphalt,the penetration index of every modified asphalt sample was lower than the technical requirement.When the rubber powder content was higher than 23%,the viscosity at 180℃of the rubber powder⁃modified asphalt was higher than the range of 1.5–4.7 Pa·s of the technical requirement.In order to relieve the problems of low penetration and insufficient comprehensive performance of the system,referring to the current rubber powder⁃modified asphalt engineering technology,2%of SBS and 23%of rubber powder were combined to prepare the modified asphalt,and the influences of the waste vegetable oil with the content of 0%–6%on the performance of the composite modified asphalt were compared and evaluated.The results showed that the waste vegetable oil with a content of 4%–6%could realize the proper viscosity of the composite modified asphalt and satisfy that each performance index meets the technical requirement.
