摘要 某站内管道服役3年后发生穿孔泄漏,通过宏观检验、无损探伤、理化性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段研究管道失效的原因。结果表明:泄漏管道各项理化性能均符合技术要求,管道防腐层失效,外壁腐蚀减薄严重;含水含腐蚀性离子的服役环境提供了腐蚀的基本条件,土壤Cl-富集诱发点蚀形成闭塞腐蚀电池,促进了腐蚀坑沿壁厚方向发展直至穿孔。该管道泄漏失效主要是由管道防腐层失效引起的外腐蚀穿孔造成的。 The pipe leakage occurs in a station after three years of service.By means of macroscopic inspection,nondestructive testing,physical and chemical properties testing,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,the causes of pipeline failure were determined.The results show that the physical and chemical properties of the leakage pipeline meet the technical requirements.The anticorrosive coating for pipeline is failed,and the thinning of the corrosion of the exterior wall is serious.The environment containing water and corrosive ions provides the basic condition of corrosion.The block corrosion cell caused by pitting induced by Cl-enrichment promotes the development of corrosion pit along the thickness direction until the perforation.The leakage failure of the pipeline is mainly caused by external corrosion perforation caused by the failure of the pipeline anticorrosive coating.
