摘要
钢铁企业工程项目一般以钢铁冶金生产建设为主,主要包括焦化工程、烧结工程、炼铁工程、炼钢工程、连铸工程、热轧工程、冷轧工程、综合处理系统工程等几大类,从生产工艺来看,冶金建设项目与一般房地产工程建设相比,包含的内容更加繁杂,冶金工程项目造价控制容易受到多方面因素的影响,实际造价和目标造价仍存在差距,造价控制难度大[1]。公司专业人员致力于冶金项目投资控制的研究,根据冶金工程项目特点,结合冶金生产工艺流程、公辅建设,有效地将施工技术、施工组织与生产工艺流程、公辅进行结合,建立标准设施PBS库,并通过信息化系统进行固化及应用。
