综放工作面支架与围岩耦合关系及端面顶板稳定性研究 被引量:4

Coupling mechanism between support and roof strata in fully mechanized caving face and its influence on stability of face-to-tip roof

摘要 针对综放工作面支架-围岩耦合关系及端面冒顶问题,运用有限元极限分析和模型试验,研究了支架俯仰角、端面距、割煤高度及覆岩破断对端面顶板稳定性及支架-围岩耦合关系的影响,获得了顶煤位移、支架偏载及端面冒顶演化规律。结果表明:顶梁上方顶煤垂直位移呈中间大两端小,水平位移由梁端向采空区方向逐渐增大,而端面无支护区顶煤位移由煤壁向梁端降低;当顶梁俯角为3°时,支架对顶煤提供水平支撑力,顶煤位移更均匀,支架偏载情况更好;端面距和割煤高度均与端面顶板稳定性呈负相关;覆岩回转破断会恶化支架-围岩耦合关系,降低支架支护效果,导致端面冒顶。因此,综放工作面应合理调整支架位态及割煤高度,尽量减小端面距。 The shield-strata interaction and tip-to-face roof fall in longwall top coal mining are investigated using finite element analysis and physical simulation,considering the influence of the shield canopy inclination,face-to-tip distance,the coal cutting height and the strata failure.The displacement of the top coal,the load condition of shields,and the evolution of tip-to-face roof fall are obtained.The results show that:the vertical displacement of top coal above the canopy is large in the middle and small at both ends.From the solid coal to the gob,the horizontal displacement increases gradually,while the top coal displacement in the face-to-tip area decreases.When the canopy inclination is 3o downward,the support can provide horizontal resistance to the top coal.The top coal displacement above the canopy and along the face-to-tip distance are therefore more uniform.The loading condition of supports is better.The face-to-tip distance and cutting height are negatively correlated with the roof stability.The rotating failure of overlying roof deteriorates the shield-strata interaction,reduces the available effective support resistance,and finally leads to roof fall in face-to-tip area.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the position of shields and the cutting height,and reduce the face-to-tip distance.
