中国纺织服装上市企业数字化转型特点与建议 被引量:4

Characteristics and suggestions of digital transformation of listed textile andclothing enterprises in China

摘要 文章为帮助纺织服装企业顺利进行数字化转型,以中国纺织服装上市企业为样本,采用文本量化分析方法,归纳数字化转型的主要特点并提出转型建议。通过对2016—2022年纺织服装上市企业年度报告进行分析,发现中国纺织服装上市企业数字化转型主要拥有的特点包括:以技术进步为主要动力;以业务流程全面改革为目标;以消费者需求为导向;以信息系统为支撑;以数据为关键生产要素。针对中国纺织服装上市企业的数字化转型特点,从政府和企业两个层面提出数字化转型建议,具体包括:政府引导企业数字化转型;企业的业务流程全面转型。 With the rapid development of mobile Internet,big data analysis,artificial intelligence and other new generation digital technologies,digital economy has become an important pillar of China’s economic development.The digital economy drives the digital transformation of the industry,and digital technology is increasingly penetrating all aspects of the daily operation of enterprises.China’s“14 th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Digital Economy”clearly states that in the future,it will further promote the deep integration of the digital economy and the traditional real economy,and advance the digital development of traditional manufacturing enterprises.As a kind of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China,textile and clothing enterprises have the characteristics of“being labor-intensive”and“low technological content”.With the adjustment of China’s industrial structure,textile and clothing enterprises are experiencing labor shortages.At the same time,with external environmental changes such as international trade frictions and increasing consumer demand,simple and extensive production methods are no longer suitable for the production and operation of textile and clothing enterprises.The textile and clothing enterprises in China have realized the importance of digital transformation,and some enterprises have started to carry out digital transformation.Analyzing the characteristics of textile and clothing enterprises in the process of digital transformation will help enterprises recognize their own uniqueness,find a suitable path,and promote the process of digital transformation.Therefore,we took China’s listed textile and clothing enterprises as sample enterprises,analyzed their characteristics of digital transformation and gave relevant suggestions,which could be a reference for the integration of digital economy and textile and clothing enterprises.
