摘要
为了确定潍宿高铁引入潍坊枢纽的最优方案,在研究潍坊地区既有铁路及车站现状、总图规划、客运作业量及车流特点的基础上,根据既有预留接轨条件和考虑线路顺直情况,比较分析引入潍坊北站和新建潍坊西站方案。采用综合经济技术比选方法,对各方案的投资、运营管理、工程衔接、旅客出行、规划符合性等方面进行分析。之后针对烟台、莱西至临沂方向跨线车的问题,研究烟台、莱西至临沂方向客车经潍坊北折角作业方案和设置潍宿—潍莱联络线方案。研究表明,引入潍坊北站方案客运设施集中,有利于运营管理,旅客出行方便,与预留及已实施工程契合,符合城市规划,同时烟台、莱西至临沂方向跨线车采用引入潍坊北站济青场折角作业方案,能够更好地服务潍坊市,利于客流吸引和提升运输收益,故予以推荐。
In order to determine the scheme of introducing Weifang-Suqian High-speed Railway into Weifang hub,according to the existing reserved connection conditions and considering the straightness of the line,this paper studied the scheme of introducing Weifang North Station and building Weifang West Station on the basis of the present situation of existing railways and stations,general layout planning,passenger flow characteristics in the Weifang area.Using the method of comprehensive economic and technical comparison,this paper analyzed and compared the investment,operation management,project connection,passenger travel and planning compliance of each scheme.Then,aiming at the problem of off-line train in Yantai and Laixi to Linyi,the paper studied the operation scheme of passenger trains in Yantai and Laixi to Linyi passing through Weifangbei and the scheme of setting up Weisu-Weilai Railway Connections.The research shows that the introduction of centralized passenger transport facilities in the Weifang North Station is beneficial to operation management,convenient for passengers to travel,in line with the reserved and implemented projects,and in line with urban planning.At the same time,the adoption of the corner-turning operation scheme in Jiqing Yard of Weifang North Station for off-line trains in Yantai and Laixi to Linyi can better serve the Weifang City,attract passengers and enhance transportation income,so it is recommended.
