摘要
双高速棒材轧制工艺结合了普棒切分轧制工艺、单高速棒材轧制工艺的特点,具有产量高、产品外观质量好、负偏差控制精确、微合金含量低、成本低等优点,是近年来带肋钢筋棒材生产线首选的工艺方案。介绍了国内双高速棒材轧制工艺的发展历程,描述了传统精轧6机架集中传动布置方案、精轧6架“4+2”双传或单传布置方案、精轧6架“2+4”布置方案或精轧8架“4+4”布置方案、精轧4架双传或单传布置方案4种常见的双高速棒材工艺布置方案及其特点。同时指出,随着技术理念的不断进步和先进设备的研发应用,双高速棒材轧制工艺存在两线差、辊环崩裂、产品规格范围受限等问题都得到了解决,双高速棒材产线工艺装备也随之不断成熟完善,成为今后带肋钢筋棒材的发展方向,具有广阔的应用前景。
The dual-line high-speed bar production process combined the advantages of the single-line high-speed bar production process and the splitting rolling bar production process.It has high yield,good appearance and quality of products.It can control the minus deviation accurately and reduce the microalloying content and the production costs.So recently the dual-line high-speed bar production process is becoming the first choice of the bar mill.This paper introduces the development history of the dual-linehigh-speed bar production process in our country.It describes four common layouts and its characteristic,including the tradition layout of the centralized six finishing stands,“4+2”twin drive or single drive finishing stands layout,“2+4”finishing stands layout or“4+4”finishing stands layout,four finishing stands twin drive or single drive layout.As the development of the technical concept and the application of the advanced equipment,the problems of dual-line high-speed bar production process,such as two-line difference,broken of the roller ring,the limited of the product range,have been resolved.The dual-line high-speed bar production process is continuously developing and it has broad application prospects.
