摘要
梳理了模块化轧机的发展历程,对比分析了模块化轧机关键机型的结构和特点。详细介绍了模块化轧机的核心设备,即锥箱、辊箱和变速箱的结构和原理,阐明了模块化轧机在轧制工艺技术中的柔性应用。介绍了两种典型布置形式的高速棒材柔性轧制技术在生产线的实际应用,从模块化轧机机组布置、水冷装置的设置、投资成本、运行稳定性和工艺的柔性化5个方面进行了对比分析,模块化轧机高柔性、高精度、高品质,更高效、更低耗、更环保的优势明显,采用模块化轧机的两种高速棒材柔性轧制技术已在多个新建生产线得到实际应用,运行稳定可靠。
The development history of modular rolling mills was sorted out,and the structure and characteristics of key models of modular rolling mills were compared and analyzed.A detailed introduction was given to the core equipment of the modular rolling mill,including the bevel gearbox,rolling housing and gearbox.The equipment structure and principle were analyzed,and the flexible application of the modular rolling mill in rolling process technology was elucidated.The practical application of two typical high-speed bar flexible rolling technologies in production lines was introduced,compared and analyzed from five aspects of modular rolling mill unit layout,water cooling setting,investment cost,operation stability and process flexibility.Modular rolling mill has high flexibility,high precision,high quality,higher efficiency,lower consumption and greener,which advantages are very obvious.The two high-speed bar flexible rolling technologies with using modular rolling mills have been applied in multiple new production lines,and stable and reliable operation are realized.
