牦牛高原适应的生理与遗传分子机制 被引量:3

Physiological and genetic molecular mechanisms of plateau adaptation in the yak

摘要 牦牛(Bos grunniens)主要分布在海拔3000 m以上的高寒低氧地区,具有“高原之舟”的美称。经过长期的适应性进化,牦牛在生理结构及遗传分子方面表现出高原适应性特征,随着组学技术的广泛应用,进一步揭示了牦牛高原适应机制。文章对牦牛遗传背景、形态、生理高原适应性进化的改变、相应分子遗传和调控机制进行综述,以期为牦牛及其他高原动物低氧适应的研究和高原缺氧疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路。 The yak(Bos grunniens)is mainly distributed in the high cold and low oxygen areas above 3000 m,and has the reputation of"the boat of the plateau".After a long period of adaptive evolution,yaks show the characteristics of plateau adaptability in terms of physiological structure and genetic molecules.With the wide application of omics technology,the plateau adaptation mechanism of yaks has been further revealed.In this paper,the genetic background,morphological changes,molecular genetics and regulatory mechanisms of yak were reviewed,in order to provide new ideas for the study of hypoxic adaptation of yaks and other plateau animals and the prevention and treatment of altitude hypoxic diseases.
