摘要
目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果及对患儿睡眠的影响。方法:选取2021年5月至2023年5月泉州滨海医院收治的88例哮喘患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,依治疗方式不同分作2组,采用丙酸氟替卡松治疗的44例患儿作对照组,孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松治疗的44例患者作观察组。比较2组疗效、日夜症状评分、肺功能指标、免疫功能、睡眠质量及不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率达97.73%,高于对照组的84.09%(P<0.05);日间症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);FEV1、FVC升至(1.75±0.38)L、(2.29±0.56)L,且高于对照组的(1.56±0.46)L、(1.97±0.55)L(均P<0.05);CD4+升至(42.74±6.92)%,高于对照组的(38.36±5.68)%,CD8+降至(29.18±4.16)%,低于对照组的(33.28±4.81)%(均P<0.05);AIS评分降至(4.83±1.52)分,且低于对照组的(5.86±2.78)分(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(6.82%VS 4.55%,P>0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠联合丙酸氟替卡松可提升小儿哮喘的疗效,改善患儿气道、肺部通气,使炎性因子水平降低,并能够促进其睡眠质量提升,且保持良好的安全性。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of montelukast combined with fluticasone propionate in the treatment of asthma in children and its effect on sleep.Methods:The clinical data of 88 children with asthma admitted to Quanzhou Binhai Hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.44 children treated with fluticasone propionate as the control group,and 44 patients treated with montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate as the observation group.The efficacy,day and night symptom scores,lung function indexes,immune function,sleep quality and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than 84.09%in the control group(P<0.05).The day and night symptom score of the observation group was lower than of control group(P<0.05).FEV1 and FVC in the observation group increased to(1.75±0.38)L and(2.29±0.56)L,which were higher than(1.56±0.46)L and(1.97±0.55)L in the control group(P<0.05).CD4+in the observation group increased to(42.74±6.92)%,which was higher than(38.36±5.68)%in the control group,and CD8+decreased to(29.18±4.16)%,which was lower than(33.28±4.81)%in the control group(P<0.05).The AIS score of the observation group decreased to(4.83±1.52)points,which was lower than that of the control group(5.86±2.78)points(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(6.82%VS4.55%;P>0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium combined with fluticasone propionate can improve the efficacy of asthma in children,improve airway and lung ventilation,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and promote the improvement of sleep quality in children,and maintain good safety.
