摘要
创业行为依赖于有效的创业机会识别与捕捉,形成对创业者个人能力的有效筛选。与此同时,创业机会捕捉能力亦能够通过创业教育等手段予以改进,理论行为预测理论进一步指出创业者的创业机会识别与捕捉受到一系列个人态度、社会资本与行为控制等因素影响创业机会捕捉能力,本文也即基于此构建指标体系进行问卷调查,检验相关指标的预测能力。基于支持向量机的模型预测结果显示,市场调研、计划编制、经营能力、创新能力、社会资源至因素整体而言能够较好地预测创业机会捕捉能力,其识别有效率为78.4%,预测能力表现较好。
Entrepreneurial behavior depends on the effective identification and capture of entrepreneurial opportunities to form an effective screening of entrepreneurs'personal abilities.At the same time,entrepreneurial opportunity capturing ability can also be improved through entrepreneurial education and other means.Theoretical behavior prediction theory further points out that entrepreneurial opportunity recognition and capturing ability are affected by a series of factors such as personal attitude,social capital and behavioral control.Based on this,this paper constructs an index system and conducts a questionnaire survey.Test the predictive ability of related indicators.The model prediction results based on support vector machine show that market research,planning,management ability,innovation ability,social resources and factors can better predict the ability to capture entrepreneurial opportunities,the identification efficiency is 78.4%,the performance of the prediction ability is good.
