基于Olsen法下电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定土壤中的有效磷 被引量:3

Determination of available phosphorus in soil using inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)based on Olsen method

摘要 为准确测定土壤中有效磷的含量,提升工作效率,在Olsen法的研究基础上,采用碳酸氢钠浸提-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定土壤中的有效磷含量,使用正交实验法优化土壤有效磷测定条件,确定了浸提液体积40 mL、振荡时间30 min、振荡浸提温度30℃、稀释倍数2倍(1 mol/L的盐酸溶液稀释)的最优条件,对该条件及实验方法进行验证。结果表明,该方法有效磷含量在0~10 mg/L范围内线性良好,线性系数为0.9999;方法检出限为0.0435 mg/kg,定量下限为0.174 mg/kg;精密度和准确度良好,土壤标准物质的测定结果均在认定值范围内,相对误差为0.5%~6.2%,相对标准偏差(n=12)为1.8%~6.6%。碳酸氢钠浸提-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定土壤中的有效磷含量,结果准确可靠,操作流程简单,减少试剂用量,可适用于批量土壤有效磷样品测试工作。 In order to accurately determine the content of available phosphorus in soil and improve work efficiency,based on the research of Olsen method,sodium bicarbonate extraction-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was used to determine the content of available phosphorus in soil.The conditions of soil available phosphorus determination were optimized by orthogonal experiment method,The optimal conditions of extracting solution volume of 40 mL,shaking time of 30 min,extraction shaking temperature of 30℃,and dilution of 2 times(1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution)were determined,and the conditions and experimental methods were verified.The results showed that the method had a good linearity in the range of 0-10 mg/L of available phosphorus,and the linear coefficient was 0.9999.The detection limit of the method was 0.0435 mg/kg.The lower limit of quantification was 0.174 mg/kg.The precision and accuracy were good,the determination results of soil standard substances were all within the certified value range,the relative error was 0.5%-6.2%,and the relative standard deviation(n=12)was 1.8%-6.6%.The sodium bicarbonate extraction-inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)was used to determine the available phosphorus content in soil.The results were accurate and reliable,the operation process was simple,and the amount of reagents was reduced.It can be applied to the testing of batch soil available phosphorus samples.
