富硒黑木耳硒多糖对鲤鱼镉暴露的减毒作用 被引量:2

Detoxification Effect of Selenium-Enriched Auricularia auricula Selenium-Polysaccharide on Cadmium Exposure of Common Carp

摘要 为了探究富硒黑木耳硒多糖对鲤鱼镉暴露的减毒作用,本试验选取540条鲤鱼分为6个组,分别为对照组、富硒黑木耳硒多糖组、未富硒黑木耳多糖组、镉暴露组、镉暴露富硒黑木耳硒多糖组和镉暴露未富硒黑木耳多糖组,其中镉暴露剂量为1 mg/L,多糖和硒多糖分别加入基础日粮,多糖组添加3 g/kg多糖,硒多糖组添加3 g/kg多糖和8.1μg/kg硒,试验周期为60 d。分别在试验30和60 d时,采集脾脏、肝脏、鳃、肾脏、大脑、肌肉和血液样本,检测各样本中镉浓度,血液红细胞数量、白细胞数量和血红蛋白含量,大脑乙酰胆碱酯酶、Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶、多巴胺和5-羟色胺含量;在试验60 d时,采样的同时称取体重和肝胰脏重量,计算增重、生长速率、肝胰脏指数和饲料转化率。结果显示,与镉暴露组相比,富硒黑木耳硒多糖或未富硒黑木耳多糖能够显著降低组织和血液中镉浓度(P<0.05)、提高血红蛋白含量(P<0.05)、降低白细胞数量(P<0.05),提高大脑中乙酰胆碱酶、多巴胺、Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATP酶和5-羟色胺含量(P<0.05),且硒多糖效果优于多糖。结果表明,富硒黑木耳硒多糖具有一定的缓解鲤鱼镉暴露毒性作用。 To investigate the detoxification effect of selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula selenium-polysaccharides on cadmium-exposed carp,540 carps were divided into six groups:control group,selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula selenium-polysaccharide group,non-selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula polysaccharide group,cadmium-exposed group,cadmium-exposed selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula selenium-polysaccharide group,and cadmium-exposed non-selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula polysaccharide group.The cadmium exposure dose was 1 mg/L,and polysaccharides and selenium-enriched polysaccharides were added to the basic diet.The polysaccharide group received 3 g/kg of polysaccharides,and the selenium-enriched polysaccharide group received 3 g/kg of polysaccharides and 8.1μg/kg of selenium.The experimental period was 60 days.At days 30 and 60 of the experiment,samples of spleen,liver,gills,kidneys,brain,muscles,and blood were collected.Cadmium concentration in each sample,red blood cell count,white blood cell count,and hemoglobin content in the blood were measured.Acetylcholinesterase,Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase,dopamine,and serotonin levels in the brain were measured.At day 60 of the experiment,body weight and liver pancreas weight were measured,and weight gain,growth rate,hepatopancreatic index,and feed conversion rate were calculated.The results showed that compared with the cadmium-exposed group,selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula selenium-polysaccharides or non-selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula polysaccharides significantly reduced cadmium concentrations in tissues and blood(P<0.05),increased hemoglobin content(P<0.05),decreased white blood cell count(P<0.05),increased acetylcholinesterase,dopamine,Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase,and serotonin levels in the brain(P<0.05).Moreover,the selenium-enriched polysaccharide showed better effects than the polysaccharide.These results indicate that selenium-enriched Auricularia auricula selenium-polysaccharides have a certain alleviating effect on the toxicity of cadmium exposure in carp.
