摘要
为了总结四川省地震局在新媒体时代的涉震舆情引导处置经验,给相关部门提供借鉴案例,本文以四川省地震局官方微博为研究对象,探讨其在2019年长宁M_(S)6.0地震后虚假信息、燕子群飞、2020年绵阳老井升温、2018年“古天文学家王笑冬”预报地震4个典型涉震舆情事件中的应对策略,并提出5点新媒体时代涉震舆情处置的建议:把“化危为机”作为舆情应对的“战略考量”,把团队培养作为舆情处置的“储备考量”,把实时监控作为舆情操作的“决策考量”,把科普宣传作为舆情优化的“手段考量”,把“战时思维”作为舆情引导的“意识考量”。
In order to summarize the experience of Sichuan Earthquake Agency in guiding and handling public opinions related to earthquakes in the era of new media and provide reference cases for relevant departments,we used the official microblog of Sichuan Earthquake Agency as the research object.Specifically,we discussed the following events such as the false information and swallows flying after the M6.0 earthquake in Changning in 2019,the Mianyang old well heating-up event in 2018,and prediction from ancient astronomer Wang Xiaodong in 2020.The coping strategies of the four typical earthquake-related public opinion events are analyzed into five aspects in the new media era:1)Taking“turning crisis into opportunity”as the“strategic consideration”of public opinion response,2)taking team training as the“reserve consideration”of public opinion disposal,3)taking real-time monitoring as the“decision-making consideration”of public opinion operation,4)taking popular science propaganda as the“means consideration”of public opinion optimization,5)taking“wartime thinking”as the“consciousness consideration”of public opinion guidance.
