摘要
中国珠算是中国古代重要发明创造,是我国国家级非物质文化遗产,也是人类非物质文化遗产。珠心算是源于珠算,且以算盘和珠算为基础的创新形态。长期实践和理论研究表明,珠心算能够提升人的计算能力、空间能力、归纳推理能力以及记忆力、注意力、意志力、自控力,具有重要文化价值、科学价值和教育价值。近年来,在各级政府和相关部门的大力支持下,在行业协会的努力推动下,珠算文化传承传播和珠心算教育创新发展取得了积极成效,但高质量发展还面临很多问题和挑战。立足新发展阶段,亟待打通堵点卡点,站在国家战略高度,多措并举构建面向现代化、面向世界、面向未来的珠心算事业传承发展新格局。
Chinese zhusuan is an important invention and creation in ancient China.It is a national intangible cultural heritage,and also an intangible cultural heritage of humanity.Zhusuan-based mental calculation originates from zhusuan,and it is also an innovative form based on Suanpan and zhusuan.Long-term practice and theoretical research have shown that zhusuan-based mental calculation can improve people's computing ability,spatial ability,inductive reasoning ability,memory,attention,willpower,self-control,and has important cultural,scientific and educational values.In recent years,with the strong support of governments at all levels and relevant departments,and the efforts of industry associations,the inheritance and dissemination of zhusuan culture and the innovative development of zhusuan-based mental calculation education have achieved positive results.But high-quality development still faces many problems and challenges.Based on the new stage of development,it is urgent to break through the blocking points,stand on the national strategic height,and take multiple measures to build a new pattern of inheritance and development of zhusuan-based mental calculation for modernization,the world and the future.
