电动压裂泵排出法兰断裂原因分析与预防措施 被引量:2

摘要 针对电动压裂泵排出法兰多次断裂,为了找到断裂原因并采取有效预防措施避免类似故障再次发生,对断裂的排出法兰进行化学成分、拉伸、冲击和金相分析检测,计算了排出法兰密封圈限位槽最小截面上顶点处等效应力,为101.12 MPa,并与其许用应力进行对比,计算得到许用工作静套压为323 MPa;使用SolidWorks Simulation计算了排出法兰的位移、应力分布以及疲劳寿命(大于13888 h)。结果表明,排出法兰最大应力位于密封圈限位槽最小截面上顶点处,其等效应力满足现场压裂施工一般工况下使用要求,排出法兰材料冲击功20 J,低于技术要求的27 J,水击现象使压强增加21.6 MPa;设计不合理和高压件安装不合理等多种因素共同作用导致疲劳裂纹扩展引起断裂失效。通过理论计算和排出法兰材料性能检测,找到了断裂失效原因并提出了预防措施。研究结论可为同类典型的可拆卸螺母锤接头总成结构的设计、强度分析和现场使用提供参考。 In view of the phenomenon that the discharge flange of electric fracturing pump breaks and fails for many times,In order to find out the cause of fracture failure and take effective preventive measures to prevent similar failures from happening again,chemical composition,tensile,impact and metallographic analysis were carried out on the fractured discharge flange,and the equivalent stress at the vertex of the minimum section of the limit slot of the sealing ring of the discharge flange was calculated,which is 101.12 MPa,and was compared with the allowable stress.The allowable working static sleeve pressure obtained through calculation was 323 MPa.SolidWorks Simulation was used to calculate the displacement,stress distribution and fatigue life of the discharge flange(more than 13888 hours).The results show that the maximum stress of the discharge flange is located at the vertex of the minimum section of the limit slot of the sealing ring,and its equivalent stress can meet the requirements of general fracturing construction conditions in the field.The impact energy of flange material is 20 J,which is lower than 27 J in the technical requirements,and water hammer phenomenon is increased by 21.6 MPa;The combined action of multiple factors such as unreasonable design and unreasonable installation of high pressure parts causes the fatigue crack growth fracture failure of the discharge flange.Through theoretical calculation and material properties test of the discharge flange,the failure cause of fracture was found and preventive measures were proposed.The research conclusion can provide reference for the design,strength analysis and field application of the like typical removable nut hammer union assembly.
