摘要
全面分析了国内外煤制天然气的技术进展、产业化发展现状、生产成本和经济性,并对我国煤制天然气产业发展中的主要问题进行了分析思考,提出了相关建议。认为我国已经基本掌握了煤制天然气全产业链关键核心技术,产业发展取得显著进步,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,主要包括:项目规划多、投产少,存在技术、环保、安全等风险和挑战,需要继续推进工业装置示范运行和技术进步;生产成本较高、经济性不强,需要进一步降低成本,提高市场竞争力;资源配置、管网接入、市场准入接受度较低,需要着力推进与传统天然气的协调发展;生产过程CO_(2)排放量较大,需要加强CO_(2)捕获、利用与封存(CCUS)技术的应用及绿氢的引入,促进碳循环和“零碳”排放,推动煤制天然气产业规模化发展。
The comprehensive analysis was conducted on the technological progress,industrial development status,production costs,and economy of coal to natural gas at home and abroad.The main problems in the development of China′s coal to natural gas industry were analyzed and considered,and the relevant suggestions were proposed.The conclusion was that China had basically mastered the key core technologies of the entire coal to natural gas industry chain,and had made the significant progress in industrial development.However,there were also some problems that could not be ignored,mainly including:the excessive project planning,limited production,and risks and challenges in technology,environmental protection and safety,so it was necessary to continue to promote the demonstration operation of industrial devices and technological progress.The economy of projects′operation was not strong and the production costs was high,so it was necessary to further reduce costs and improve their market competitiveness.Their resource allocation,pipeline network access,and market access acceptance were low,and it was necessary to make efforts to promote the coordinated development with traditional natural gas.Due to the large CO_(2)emissions in their production process,so it was necessary to strengthen the application of CCUS(CO_(2) capture,utilization and storage)technology and the introduction of green hydrogen,promote carbon cycle and"zero carbon"emissions,and boost the large-scale development of coal to natural gas industry.
