摘要
目的探究自拟健脾除痹汤加味治疗湿热痹阻型银屑病关节炎(PsA)的效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年6月于西安市第五医院风湿免疫科门诊及住院的112例湿热痹阻型PsA患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各56例。对照组口服甲氨蝶呤片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加自拟健脾除痹汤加味治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组的关节肿胀数少于对照组,晨僵时间短于对照组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的头部和颈部、躯干部、四肢及总银屑病面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟健脾除痹汤加味治疗湿热痹阻型PsA的效果显著。
Objective To explore the effect of modified Jianpi Chubi decoction with self-made in the treatment of damp-heat obstruction type psoriasis arthritis(PsA).Methods A total of 112 patients with damp-heat obstruction type PsA who were admitted in the rheumatology immunology department of Xi'an Fifth Hospital from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with methotrexate tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with modified Jianpi Chubi decoction with self-made on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the swollen joint count in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,the time of morning stiffness was shorter than that in the control group,and the Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)scores of head and neck,trunk,limbs and total score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Jianpi Chubi decoction with self-made in the treatment of damp-heat obstruction type PsA has significant effect.
