摘要
高等教育与科技创新之间紧密关联、相互促进,二者关系在不同历史时期与社会背景下呈现出不同的具体表征。迈入新时代,知识生产模式转型、科技封锁、高等教育迈入普及化新阶段等内外部条件的变化呼唤着高等教育与科技创新走向更好结合,科教融汇理念为此提供了重要指引。从“融合”到“融汇”的转变表明,高等教育与科技创新的更好结合是在“汇聚”的基础上实现更深层次的“融合”,强调重新认识科技创新活动中的主体范畴、凝聚多元参与主体力量、厘清高等教育角色定位,进而构建起全方位多层次的协同机制,推动高等教育更好支撑与引领科技创新,为实现我国高水平科技自立自强做出应有贡献。
Higher education and scientific and technological innovation are closely related,and the relationship between the two has shown different specific characteristics in different historical periods and social backgrounds.In the new era,changes in intemal and external conditions such as the transformation of knowledge production mode,technological lockdowns,and the new stage of popularization of higher education call for a better combination of higher education and scientific and technological innovation(STI),for which the concept of science and education convergence provides important guidance.The transformation from"integration"to"convergence"indicates that a better combination of higher education and STI is to realize a deeper level ofintegration on the basis of"convergence",which emphasizes the importance of re-conceptualizing the scope of the main body of S&T innovation activities,gathering the strength of the multiple participants,and clarifying the role of higher education,and then constructing an all-around synergistic mechanism,so as to promote the higher education to better support and lead the S&T innovation,and to realize of the high level of scientific and technological self-reliance in China.
