摘要
目的:探讨在股骨近端骨折患者治疗中采取防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定术治疗的价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年1月遵义市第五人民医院收治的股骨近端骨折患者80例为研究对象,采用数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予动力髋螺钉内固定术治疗,观察组给予防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定术治疗。比较两组髋关节功能恢复效果、临床指标及生活质量。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.023);观察组手术用时、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的社会功能、生理功能、心理功能及躯体功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:防旋股骨近端髓内钉内固定术治疗股骨近端骨折的效果显著,可促进患者髋关节功能恢复,缩短手术用时、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间,降低出血量及改善生活质量。
Objective:To explore the value of proximal femoral nail antirotation internal fixation in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures.Methods:A total of 80 patients with proximal femoral fracture who were treated in the Fifth People's Hospital of Zunyi from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the digital parity method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received dynamic hip screw internal fixation treatment,and the observation group received proximal femoral nail antirotation internal fixation treatment.The recovery effect of hip joint function,clinical indicators,and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023).The operation time,complete weight-bearing time,and fracture healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,while intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,social function,physiological function,psychological function and physical function scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The proximal femoral nail antirotation internal fixation has significant effect in the treatment of proximal femoral fracture,and can promote the recovery of hip joint function,shorten the operation time,complete weight-bearing time and fracture healing time,reduce blood loss and improve the quality of life.
