摘要
在过去的几十年里,膜分离技术已成为碳捕集技术中最有竞争力的技术之一。阐述了膜法分离的原理,介绍了应用于碳捕集的膜材料的广泛分类,讨论了包括沸石膜、二氧化硅膜等典型的无机膜材料和包括聚酰亚胺膜、乙酸纤维素膜的有机膜材料,以及包括金属有机骨架膜在内的杂化膜材料,认为膜材料的选择及对膜结构的改造仍是提升膜性能的关键因素,并提出二氧化碳分离膜的发展方向和杂化膜制备需克服的问题,提升杂化膜在工业复杂条件下的适用性。
Membrane separation technique has evolved into one of the most competitive CO_(2)capture technologies in recent decades.This paper explains the principles of membrane separation,introduces the broad classification of membrane materials used in CO_(2)capture,and discusses the typical inorganic membrane materials such as zeolite membranes and silica membranes,the organic membrane materials such as polyimide membranes and cellulose acetate membranes,and the hybrid membrane materials such as metal organic framework membranes.It argues that the selection of membrane materials and the modification of membrane structure are still important variables in increasing membrane performance,and it proposes a development path for carbon dioxide separation membranes.According to the paper,it is vital to overcome hybrid membrane preparation issues and increase hybrid membrane applicability under complex industrial environments.
