摘要
目的探讨免疫球蛋白联合补体C3、C4在口腔扁平苔藓患者中的表达及意义。方法选择2021年9月至2022年6月口腔扁平苔藓患者91例为观察组;选择同期健康体检者58例为对照组。采用免疫透射比浊法测定补体C3、C4和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平;计算并分析补体C3、C4和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平在口腔扁平苔藓患者中的效能(灵敏度和特异度)。结果观察组口腔扁平苔藓患者补体C3、IgA、IgG水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);补体C4和IgM水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经计算发现,补体C3、C4和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平联合测定在口腔扁平苔藓患者中灵敏度与特异度高于单一免疫球蛋白及补体C3、C4测定,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性IgG和IgM表达水平高于男性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补体C3、C4和免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM水平在口腔扁平苔藓患者中表达异常,不同指标联合测定能获得较高的灵敏度和特异度,可指导临床诊疗。
Objective To explore the expression and significance of immunoglobulin combined with complement C3 and C4 in patients with oral lichen planus.Methods Ninety one patients with oral lichen planus from September 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group;58 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of complement C3,C4,and immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM were measured using immunoturbidimetry;Calculate and analyze the efficacy(sensitivity and specificity)of complement C3,C4,and immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM levels in patients with oral lichen planus.Results The levels of complement C3,IgA,and IgG in patients with oral lichen planus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of complement C4 and IgM in the control group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);After calculation,it was found that the sensitivity and specificity of the combined determination of complement C3,C4,and immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM levels in patients with oral lichen planus were higher than those of single immunoglobulin and complement C3,C4 measurements,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The expression levels of IgG and IgM in women were higher than those in men,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of complement C3,C4,and immunoglobulin IgA,IgG,and IgM are abnormally expressed in patients with oral lichen planus.The combined determination of different indicators can achieve high sensitivity and specificity,which can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.
