摘要
目的:探究经外周静脉中心静脉置管术(PICC)置管长度与患者身高的相关性。方法:研究对象为本院2020年3月~2021年4月拟行PICC穿刺的77例患者,将患者按照身高分为观察组33例(身高≤160cm)和对照组44例(身高>160cm)。置管到达测量长度后,胸部X射线片定位。比较研究对象PICC导管尖端置于最适位置的成功率、导管异位情况。结果:研究对象最佳位置、高位位点异常发生率无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组行走异常发生率显著低于对照组,观察组低位位点异常发生率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究对象患者左右臂位点异常、导管尖端最佳位置的发生率无显著差异(P>0.05);对照组右臂导管尖端走行异常发生率高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论:走行异常出现率及低位出现率与PICC置管患者身高有关,身高决定着导管最佳置入长度。
Objective:To explore the correlation of indwelling depth with patient’s height during placement of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC).Methods:77 patients of undergoing PICC placement from March 2020 to April 2021 in our hospital were chosen as research subjects.According to patient’s height,33 cases with height(≤160cm)were set as observation group;44 cases with height(>160cm)were set as control group.The catheter was placed under the guidance of chest X-ray.The optimal positioning rates and catheter misplacement rates were recorded.Results:The optimal positioning rates and high-level contact abnormality rates for two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);The running abnormality rate in observation group was lower than control group;The low-level contact abnormality rate in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05);The tip placement abnormality rate of the left and right arms between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05);The tip running abnormality rate of the left and right arms in control group was higher than observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimal indwelling depth is correlated with the patient’s height;patients with taller height may increase the running abnormality and reduce the low-level contact rate;patients with shorter height are prone to have the low-level contacts.
