摘要
目的针对不同麻醉方式探讨对下肢骨折手术效果与患者安全的影响性问题,进行对比分析。方法随机选取于本院2021年1月—2022年3月进行下肢骨折手术治疗的患者60例,将其按照不同麻醉方式进行分组,分别为局麻组20例,全麻组20例,硬膜外麻醉组20例。对比三组不同麻醉方式手术治疗患者进行手术效果分析与安全性分析。结果三组患者在进行手术前各指标均无明显差异(P>0.05),而在麻醉后与手术后,三组患者的心率、平均动脉高压均较麻醉前显著变化(P<0.05),且在局麻组、全麻组和硬膜外麻醉组中,手术后时期内患者心率及平均动脉压均存在显著差异(P<0.05)。在对三组患者进行手术后VAS评分与Ramsay镇静评分中,全麻组与E硬膜外麻醉组对局麻组存在显著差异(P<0.05),而GA组与EA组间无明显差异(P>0.05)。在并发症的统计中,三组患者并发症发生率存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论三种不同麻醉方式中以静脉麻醉与硬膜外麻醉为安全性较高,镇痛麻醉效果明显,呼吸抑制状况较少。
Objective To compare and analyze effect of different anesthesia methods on safety of lower limb fracture patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with surgical treatment for lower limb fractures in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022,and divided them into groups randomly based on different anesthesia methods,20 cases in local anesthesia group,20 cases in general anesthesia group,and 20 cases in epidural anesthesia group.Surgical effect and safety of three groups treated with different anesthesia methods was compared and analyzed.Results There was no significant difference among three groups before surgery(P>0.05),after anesthesia and surgery,heart rate and average arterial pressure of three groups were significantly changed compared with before anesthesia(P<0.05).There was significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between local anesthesia group,general anesthesia group and epidural anesthesia group after surgery(P<0.05).Postoperative VAS scores and Ramsay sedation scores between general anesthesia group,epidural anesthesia group and local anesthesia group showed significant difference(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between GA group and EA group(P>0.05).Statistics of complications incidence showed significant difference among three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Among three different anesthesia methods,intravenous anesthesia and epidural anesthesia has higher safety,more obvious analgesic anesthesia effect and less respiratory inhibition.
