摘要
目的对小儿急性喉炎采用雾化吸入肾上腺素、普米克令舒两种药物治疗的疗效进行探讨。方法本次研究纳入2021年8月—2022年8月收治的60例需要接受药物治疗的急性喉炎患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分成A、B两组,每组30例。所有患儿均予以常规治疗,A组应用常规治疗+普米克令舒(雾化吸入),B组应用常规治疗+肾上腺素(雾化吸入),两组患儿经药物治疗后均开展为期1周的观察。并将两组患儿各项指标数据进行统计比对。结果治疗期间,B组与A组相比,不良事件总发生率更低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,B组与A组相比临床疗效更优,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组各项临床症状消失时间与A组相比更短,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后与治疗前相比,血清炎症因子三项指标水平均下降,且B组血清炎症因子三项指标水平与A组相比更低,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入肾上腺素治疗应用于小儿急性喉炎可缩短其临床症状消失时间,减轻炎性反应程度,并使不良事件发生风险降低,临床治疗效果较好。
Objective To explore effect of nebulized adrenaline inhalation and pulmicort in treatment of acute laryngitis of children.Methods The study included 60 children with acute laryngitis with medication treatment from August 2021 to August 2022,and divided them into groups A and B with 1:1 ratio based on random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.All children was treated with routine treatment,group A was treated with routine treatment+budesonide(nebulized inhalation),group B with routine treatment+adrenaline(nebulized inhalation),with one week observation after drug treatment for both groups.Various indicator data between two groups were statistically compared.Results During treatment period,total incidence of adverse events in group B was lower than group A.After treatment,group B showed better clinical effect than group A;disappearance time of various clinical symptoms in group B was shorter than group A.After treatment,levels of three serum inflammatory factors were lower than before treatment,levels of three serum inflammatory factors in group B were lower than group A.After statistical analysis,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulized adrenaline inhalation can shorten disappearance time of clinical symptoms,reduce degree of inflammatory reactions,and risk of adverse eventsin treatment of acute laryngitis of children,which has good clinical treatment effect.
