超细PET纤维对液压过滤材料过滤效率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 液压过滤材料在过滤过程中会出现过滤比严重下降的问题,导致过滤材料的使用寿命明显缩短。为了缓解过滤材料在过滤后期过滤比下降的现象,在玻纤滤材中添加相同比例、不同直径的PET纤维,通过测试滤材的抗张强度,证明添加0.1D超细PET纤维有利于提高滤材的强度。最后测试纯玻纤滤材和含15%的0.1D超细PET纤维滤材的多次通过性能。结果表明:添加比例为15%的0.1D超细PET纤维抗张强度最大;通过多次通过实验发现,在过滤精度相同时,添加0.1D超细PET纤维的滤材过滤比下降速度慢于纯玻纤滤材。 The filtration ratio of hydraulic filtration material decreases seriously in the filtration process,which leads to shorten the service life of filtration material.In order to alleviate the phenomenon that the filtration ratio of the filter material decreases in the later stage of filtration,PET fibers with the same proportion and different diameters were added to the glass fiber filter material.By tes⁃ting the tensile strength of the filter material,it was proved that the addition of 0.1D ultrafine PET fiber is beneficial to improve the strength of the filter material.Finally,the multi-pass performance of the pure glass fiber filter media and the 0.1D ultrafine PET fiber media containing 15%was tested.The results show that the tensile strength of the 0.1D ultrafine PET fiber with the addition ratio of 15%is the highest.It is found through multi-pass test that at the same filtration accuracy,the filtration rate descent speed of the filter material added with 0.1D ultrafine PET fiber is slower than that of pure glass fiber filter.
