China is currently in an important stage of infrastructure construction,and highway engineering plays a crucial role in promoting regional economic development and improving transportation conditions.Due to the expansion of engineering scale and continuous technological updates,modern highway construction management is facing new challenges.The article will deeply analyze the current problems,from regulations to technology,from management to talent,and propose practical and feasible countermeasures,in order to provide effective support for the efficiency,quality,and safety of highway construction.
