摘要
为解决当前时期我国建筑工程建设管理环节存在的问题,如管理机制不够完善、施工技术落后、材料管理不到位、缺乏完善的施工安全保障等,本文简要介绍建筑工程建设管理特点,提出提高建筑工程建设管理水平的重要措施,以保证建筑工程内部的各类施工材料得到良好利用,进一步提升建筑工程的建设管理质量,以期为相关人员提供参考。
There are some problems existing in the construction management of building projects in China,such as imperfect management mechanism,backward construction technology,inadequate material management,lack of comprehensive construction safety guarantee,etc.In order to solve these problems,this paper briefly introduces the characteristics of construction management.It puts forward the important measures to improve the construction management level of building projects,in order to ensure that all kinds of construction materials inside the building project are well used further improve the construction management quality of building projects,which could provide reference for relevant personnel.
