摘要
工程实践与创新能力是智能制造背景下技术技能型高素质人才培养的新要求,是高职院校本科层次人才培养的重要内容。文章以现代测控工程技术专业实践课程为研究对象,以“匠心引领、育训并举、德技并修、知行合一”为人才培养模式,以培养工程实践与创新能力为核心目标,提出了“岗课并轨、虚实结合、训赛融合、层次递进”的实践教学体系。并采用项目化、模块化、精细化方式设计了基础验证实训、虚拟仿真实训、综合创新实训内容,确立了合理、有效的评价方式、评价标准和激励机制。实践教学表明,改革优化后的实践教学体系提高了学生的动手操作能力,锻炼了学生的工程实践能力,激发了学生的创新思维能力,为高职院校本科层次实践教学提供了借鉴和参考。
Engineering practice and innovation ability is a new requirement for the cultivation of skilled and high-quality talents in the context of intelligent manufacturing,and has become an important part of the cultivation of talents at the undergraduate level in higher vocational colleges.This paper takes the practical course of modern measurement and control engineering technology specialty as the research object,based on the talent training mode of“ingenious guidance,combining education and training,moral and technical education,knowledge and practice integration”,and with the core goal of cultivating engineering practice and innovation ability,puts forward the practical teaching system of“integration of post and course,combining virtual and reality,training and competition integration,and hierarchical progress”.The basic verification training,virtual simulation training and comprehensively innovate training contents are designed by means of project,modularization and refinement,and establish reasonable and effective evaluation methods,evaluation standards and incentive mechanisms.The practice teaching shows that the reformed and optimized practical teaching system has improved students’hands-on operation ability,exercised their engineering practice ability,stimulated their innovative thinking ability,and provided reference for the undergraduate practice teaching in higher vocational colleges.
