摘要
在城市轨道交通快速发展的背景下,为提升轨道交通专业人才思政育人成效,以城市轨道列车驾驶职业岗位人才培养为背景,坚持立德树人,开展“城轨列车操纵与故障处理”课程思政实践研究,研究充分发挥教师队伍“主力军”、课程建设“主阵地”、课程教学“主渠道”作用,深化校企双元育人,科学设置课程评价,提升课程思政的实效性,从而实现育才与育人的有机融合。
In the context of the rapid development of urban rail transit,in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of rail transit professionals,with the training of urban rail train driving professional positions as the background,the ideological and political practice research on the course of“urban rail train operation and fault handling”is carried out.This research gives full play to the role of teachers as the“main force”,course construction as the“main position”and course teaching as the“main channel”.The dual education of schools and enterprises is deepened,the curriculum evaluation is scientifically set up,the effectiveness of curriculum ideology and politics is improved,and the organic integration of talent education and character cultivation is realized.
