摘要
随着2022年北京冬、残奥会的顺利闭幕,我国校园冰雪运动进入后冬奥时代。新时期如何巩固好冬奥成果,保持校园冰雪运动热度,助推其高质量发展,是本研究的主要目的。本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实地考察法等,对标后冬奥时代校园冰雪运动发展的现实基础,剖析其高质量发展的困境,探究实施路径。研究认为:后冬奥时代校园冰雪运动高质量发展应以政策为引领,保障校园冰雪运动人口基数;完善资源配置,深化教育教学改革,提高学生参与冰雪运动热情;完善“学-训-赛”一体化体系,提升校园冰雪运动竞技水平;深化人才强国战略,打造高质量冰雪运动人才培养体系,培养德才兼备高素质冰雪运动人才。旨在有效提高校园冰雪运动竞技水平,培养符合新时代要求的高技能、高质量、高素质全能型冰雪运动人才,践行2035年教育强国、体育强国梦。
With the successful conclusion of the 2022 Beijing Winter and Paralympic Games,China’s campus ice and snow sports have entered the post-Winter Olympic era.How to consolidate the achievements of the Winter Olympics in the new era,maintain the popularity of campus ice and snow sports,and promote its high-quality development is the main object of this study.This paper uses the method of literature,expert interview and field investigation to analyze the practical basis of the development of campus ice and snow sports in the post-Winter Olympics era,deeply analyze the dilemma of its high-quality development,and explore the implementation path.The research shows that the high-quality development of campus ice and snow sports in the post-Winter Olympics era should be guided by policies to ensure the population base of campus ice and snow sports;Improve the allocation of resources,deepen the reform of education and teaching,and improve the enthusiasm of students’participation in ice and snow sports;Improve the integrated system of“learning,training and competition”to improve the level of campus ice and snow sports competition;Deepen the strategy of strengthening the country through talents,build a high-quality ice and snow sports personnel training system,and train high-quality ice and snow sports personnel with both morality and talent.It aims to effectively improve the level of campus ice and snow sports competition,cultivate high-skill,high-quality and high-quality all-round ice and snow sports talents who meet the requirements of the new era,and fulfill the dream of becoming a powerful education country and a powerful sports country by 2035.
