摘要
【目的】探讨血清抗苗勒管激素(AMH)和性激素水平检测对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的诊断价值。【方法】选取2020年4月至2023年9月本院收治的36例PCOS患者(观察组),另选取同期在本院健康体检且进行AMH与性激素水平检测的39例健康女性作为对照组。比较两组研究对象血清AMH水平及性激素水平[卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、睾酮(T)],采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清AMH、性激素水平对PCOS的诊断价值。【结果】观察组血清AMH、LH、T水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清E_(2)、FSH比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,血清AMH诊断PCOS的曲线下面积为0.761(95%CI:0.643~0.878,P<0.001),T为0.660(95%CI:0.536~0.784,P=0.017),LH为0.611(95%CI:0.480~0.742,P=0.067),血清AMH水平诊断PCOS的价值最高。【结论】PCOS患者血清AMH、LH、T水平显著升高,血清AMH、T水平对PCOS均有一定的诊断价值,且血清AMH诊断PCOS的价值最高。
【Objective】To investigate the diagnostic value of serum anti-Mullerian hormone(AMH)and sex hormone levels in the diagnosis of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).【Methods】A total of 36 patients with PCOS admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 39 healthy women who underwent AMH and sex hormone level testing during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum AMH levels and sex hormone levels[follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),testosterone(T)]were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic value of serum AMH and sex hormone levels for PCOS was analyzed using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve.【Results】The serum AMH,LH,and T levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum E_(2) and FSH levels between the two groups(P>0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of serum AMH in the diagnosis of PCOS was 0.761(95%CI:0.643-0.878,P<0.001),T was 0.660(95%CI:0.536-0.784,P=0.017),and LH was 0.611(95%CI:0.480-0.742,P=0.067).Serum AMH level had the highest diagnostic value for PCOS.【Conclusion】The serum AMH,LH,and T levels in patients with PCOS were significantly increased,and both serum AMH and T levels had certain diagnostic value for PCOS,with serum AMH having the highest diagnostic value.
