蔬菜农药残留分析中基质效应的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对7种经典农药使用液相色谱串联质谱法(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)检测在6种常见蔬菜中的杀虫剂和杀菌剂残留。实验过程中,严格遵循GB 23200.121—2021标准,对6种蔬菜中的7种农药含量进行精确测定。通过分析基质和溶剂标准曲线的线性方程的斜率,从而判断它们对基质的作用。结果显示蔬菜中的农药残留量主要以基质减弱为主,其中在黄瓜、茄子和豇豆中,哒螨灵、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐以及噻虫嗪都表现出了明显的基质效应。这意味着,在农药残留检测时,如果使用基质标准曲线进行定量测定可以得到更准确的结果。农药残留的精度受到基质效应的显著影响,所以降低和消除这种效应在维护食品安全方面起着关键作用。 By means of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS),this experiment employed tandem mass spectrometry to identify insecticide and fungicide residues in six typical vegetables.During the experiment,the content of seven pesticides out of six vegetables was accurately determined according following the GB 23200.121—2021 standard.By contrasting the gradient of the linear equation between the matrix and solvent,the matrix's effects were assessed.The results showed that the pesticide residues in vegetables were mainly matrix weakened.Of particular interest are the strong matrix effects in cucumber,methyavermectin benzoate in eggplant,and thiazam in cowpea.This means that more accurate results can be obtained if quantitative measurement using matrix standard curves.Matrix effect can directly affect the accuracy of pesticide residue detection,so it is important to solve and reduce the effect of matrix effect to ensure food safety.
