摘要
目的探讨7S管理模式干预在抢救室急救药品管理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年10月—2022年10月福建医科大学附属第二医院抢救室急救药品管理情况作为研究区间。依据急救药品管理模式分为对照组(2021年10月—2022年4月采用常规管理模式)和观察组(2022年5月—2022年10月采用7S管理模式)。对两组急救药品管理期急救药品质量检查、考核情况同时对医务人员急救药品相关知识知晓度及药品使用熟练度情况进行比较。结果观察组管理期间急救药品出入库记录不全、警示标识不清、摆放储存错误发生率较对照组有明显改善(P<0.05)。观察组急救药品完好率较对照组更高,药品检查耗时及取用药品耗时更少(P<0.05)。观察组医务人员急救药品相关知识知晓度评分、急救药品使用熟练度评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论抢救室急救药品管理中应用7S管理模式有助于药品的规范管理效果及管理质量,同时利于抢救室医务人员对药品认知及安全操作,进而保障医疗安全。
Objective To explore the application effect of 7S management model intervention in emergency medicine management in the emergency room.Methods From October 2021 to October 2022,the management of emergency drugs in the emergency room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University was selected as the research interval.According to the management mode of emergency drugs,the group was divided into a control group(from October 2021 to April 2022,the conventional management mode was used)and an observation group(from May 2022 to October 2022,the 7S management mode was used).The quality inspection and assessment of emergency drugs during the management period of two groups of emergency drugs,as well as the awareness and proficiency of medical personnel in the use of emergency drugs were all compared.Results During the management period,the observation group showed a significant improvement in the incidence of incomplete entry and exit records,unclear warning signs,and incorrect placement and storage of emergency drugs compared to the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had a higher rate of intact emergency medication compared to the control group,with less time required for drug inspection and retrieval(P<0.05).The observation group's medical staff's awareness of first-aid drug related knowledge and proficiency in using first-aid drugs are higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the 7S management model in the management of emergency drugs in the emergency room is conducive to the standardized management effect and quality of drugs,as well as the recognition and safe operation of drugs by medical staff in the emergency room,thereby ensuring medical safety.
