摘要
目的探讨雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗女性围绝经期综合征的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月—2023年1月莆田妇产专科医院妇产科收治的77例女性围绝经期综合征患者,随机分为雌二醇组(38例)和复合片组(39例)。雌二醇组采用戊酸雌二醇治疗,复合片组采用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装治疗。对比两组潮热出汗、月经不调、眩晕、耳鸣、头痛、心悸、乏力和肢体麻木等症状改善情况,并监测患者激素水平变化。结果治疗后,复合片组各症状评分和总分低于雌二醇组(P<0.05)。治疗后,复合片组症状严重程度优于雌二醇组(P<0.05)。治疗后,复合片组患者睾酮、雌二醇、促黄体素、促甲状腺激素水平高于雌二醇组,而卵泡刺激素低于雌二醇组(P<0.05)。结论雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片复合包装可有效改善患者潮热、眩晕、月经不调等症状,并可纠正患者激素水平异常,临床疗效可靠,有助于患者预后改善。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of composite packaging of estradiol tablets/estradiol dexamethasone tablets in the treatment of female perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 77 female patients with female perimenopausal syndrome admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology,Putian Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into the estradiol group(38 cases)and the composite film group(39 cases).The estradiol group was treated with estradiol valerate,and the composite film group was treated with composite packaging of estradiol tablets/estradiol dexamethasone tablets.The improvement of symptoms such as hot flashes,sweating,irregular menstruation,vertigo,tinnitus,headache,palpitations,fatigue and limb numbness were compared between the two groups,and the changes of hormone levels were monitored.Results After treatment, the symptom scores and total scores of composite film group were lower than those of estradiol group (P < 0.05). After treatment, symptom severity of composite film group was better than estradiol group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of testosterone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone and thyroid stimulating hormone in composite film group were higher than those in estradiol group, while the levels of fendone were lower than those in estradiol group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Composite packaging of estradiol tablets / estradiol dexamethasone tablets can effectively improve symptoms such as hot flashes, dizziness, and menstrual irregularities in patients, and can correct abnormal hormone levels in patients. Its clinical efficacy is reliable, and it helps improve the prognosis of patients.
