摘要
创新在教育领域扮演着重要角色,而创新能力取决于教育和技能的水平。教育和创新啮合传动,二者相互依存、相互促进。教育数字化转型促使教育模式从以往的利益交换转向社会关系体验,关系体验式教育以知识、技能、态度和价值观为基础,以培养创造力、成长型思维和全球胜任力为重点,是应对技术危机的关键突破口。数字技术可以实现更大程度的个性化学习前景,为学生和教师带来更多学习和教学的机遇,以及营造创新、友好的教育系统的同时,带来道德和公平的挑战。在全球教育创新的背景下,教师队伍的数字化转型应包括保障工作条件和提升专业水平两个方面。
Innovation plays an important role in education,and the ability to innovate depends on the level of education and skills.Education and innovation mesh drive,the two depend on each other and promote each other.The digital transformation of education pushes the education model from the previous benefit exchange to the social relationship experience.The relationship experience education model is based on knowledge,skills,attitudes and values,and focuses on cultivating creativity and growth thinking,which is the key breakthrough to deal with the technological crisis.Digital technologies can enable a future of greater personalized learning,bring more learning and teaching opportunities for students and teachers with ethical and equitable challenges,and create innovation-friendly education systems.Under the background of global educational innovation,the digital transformation of teachers should include two aspects:enhancing the attractiveness of teachers'profession and giving full play to their innovative ability.
