摘要
开展历史遗留矿山生态修复是生态文明建设的必然要求,是破解矿区生态环境保护难题的重要举措。以遥感监测为基础,通过资料收集、实地核查等调查方法,查明湖南省境内未治理历史遗留矿山面积为109.17 km^(2),已对矿区及其周边地形地貌、土地资源、水资源水生态、居民生产生活安全和生物多样性造成了较为严重的影响,亟需实施治理。通过统计分析历史遗留矿山现状及特征,结合湖南省实际情况,探讨了开展历史遗留矿山生态修复的4方面障碍因子,提出了4点工作思路和5项对策,以期为矿山生态修复提供参考,进一步筑牢湖南生态屏障。
The ecological restoration of historical mines is an inevitable requirement for the construction of ecological civilization and an important measure to solve the problem of ecological environment protection in mining areas.Based on remote sensing monitoring,through data collection,field verification and other survey methods,it is found that the area of ungoverned historical mines in Hunan Province is 109.17 km^(2),which has had a serious impact on the topography,land resources,water resources,water ecology,the production and life safety of residents and biodiversity of the mining areas and its surrounding areas,and it is urgent to implement governance.Based on the statistical analysis of the status and characteristics of historical mines,combined with the actual situation of Hunan Province,four obstacle factors for the ecological restoration of historical mines was discussed,and four working ideas and five countermeasures was putted forward,in order to provide reference for the ecological restoration of mines and further build a strong ecological barrier in Hunan province.
