摘要
目的 分析北京地区儿童过敏性鼻炎(AR)过敏原检测结果,了解AR患儿常见过敏原及其分布特点,为儿童AR的诊疗和预防提供依据。方法 选取2021年1月~2022年12月就诊于北京京都儿童医院的北京地区可疑AR患儿6 496例,采用德国Mediwiss敏筛变应原检测系统(Allergy Screen)行过敏原检测,统计过敏原分布情况,比较过敏原在不同年龄、性别组患儿之间的差别。结果 北京地区儿童AR吸入性过敏原阳性率前四位是念珠菌/点青霉/分枝孢霉/交链孢霉/黑曲霉(29.43%)、蒿(14.67%)、猫毛皮屑(12.61%)、葎草(11.62%),食入性过敏原前四位为是牛奶(21.40%)、鸡蛋白(7.96%)、小麦/荞麦(2.91%)、虾/蟹(2.54%)。在不同年龄和性别组间存在一定差异。结论 北京地区儿童AR吸入性过敏原以霉菌类和蒿为主,食入性过敏原以牛奶和鸡蛋白为主,且存在年龄和性别的分布差异。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the detection results of allergens in children with allergic rhinitis(AR)in Beijing,to understand the common allergens and their distribution characteristics in children with AR,and to provide a basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prevention of children with AR.METHODS A total of 6496 children with suspected allergic rhinitis who visited Beijing Kyoto Children's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.The allergens were detected by the German Mediwiss Allergy Screen system.The distribution of allergens was counted,and the differences in allergens between different age and gender groups were compared.RESULTS The top four positive rates of inhaled allergens in children with allergic rhinitis in Beijing area were Candida/Penicillium nodularis/Cladophorium/Alternaria spp./Aspergillus Niger(29.43%),artemisia(14.67%),cat dander(12.61%),and humulus scandens(11.62%).The top four food allergens were milk(21.40%),egg white(7.96%),wheat/buckwheat(2.91%),shrimp/crab(2.54%).There were some differences among different age and gender groups.CONCLUSION The main inhaled allergens of children with allergic rhinitis in Bejing area are mold and artemisia,and the main intake allergens are milk and egg white,and there are differences in the distribution of age and gender.
