摘要
“八八战略”突出以人为本,以提高人民生活水平为根本目的,强调的是重民生、办实事,其中发挥浙江的人文优势,积极推进科教兴省、人才强省,加快建设文化大省战略,体现着办好人民满意的教育、提高人民群众的获得感与幸福感的精神内涵。基于2015年中国综合社会调查资料(CGSS2015)的研究显示,基本公共教育服务满意度、社会公平感对居民幸福感均有显著的正向影响。结合“八八战略”内涵,文章提出加强基本公共教育服务建设、促进社会公平、提升居民幸福感的相关制度建议。
The Double-Eight Strategy highlights the people-oriented ideology,taking the improvement of people’s living standards as the fundamental purpose;it emphasizes the importance of people’s livelihood and serving people wholeheartedly,demonstrating such cultural connotations as giving full play to the humanistic advantages of Zhejiang province,revitalizing the province by actively developing science and education,building a strong province based on talents,accelerating the strategy of constructing a cultural province,reflecting the people’s satisfaction with education,and improving people’s sense of gain and well-being.Grounded on the data collected from China General Social Survey in 2015(CGSS2015),the present paper explores the significant positive effects of basic public education service satisfaction and sense of social justice on the residents’happiness.On this basis,combined with the connotations of the“Double-Eight Strategy”,the paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the construction of basic public education service,promoting social justice and improving residents’sense of well-being.
