摘要
目的 探讨《太平惠民和剂局方》治疗咳嗽的诊疗思路和用药规律。方法 建立《太平惠民和剂局方》中治疗咳嗽的方药数据库,运用SPSS Modeler 18.0、Cytoscape3.9.1软件对药物进行频次统计、性味归经和组方规律分析以可视化展示。结果 共纳入治疗咳嗽处方95首,涉及中药193味,常用中药为甘草、人参、半夏、茯苓等,以补虚药、止咳化痰平喘药和解表药为主,药性偏温,药味多辛甘,归经多属肺经、脾经。常见药物组合有桔梗-甘草、当归-甘草-肉桂、桔梗-人参-甘草等。结论 根据用药规律分析,《太平惠民和剂局方》中治疗咳嗽以化痰止咳、疏风解表、补益脾肺为主要治法,驱邪与扶正兼顾。
Objective To explore the treatment ideas and medication law in the treatment of cough in Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang.Methods The prescriptions of medical cases for the treatment of cough in Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang were collected.A prescription database was established.SPSS Modeler 18.0 and Cytoscape 3.9.1 software were used to analyze high-frequency drugs,as well as drug properties,taste,meridian tropism,and prescription law,and to display the network visualization of association rules and analysis of medication law.Results A total of 95 prescriptons were included,involving 193 kinds of Chinese materia medica.Commonly used herbs were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum,and Poria,etc.Medicines were mainly for tonifying deficiency,relieving cough,resolving phlegm,and relieving asthma,as well as treating external symptoms.The property of the medicine was relatively warm,the taste was pungent and sweet,and the meridians were the lung and spleen meridians.Common drug combinations included Platycodonis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma-Cinnamomi Cortex,Platycodonis Radix-Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma-Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,etc.Conclusion According to the analysis of the medication law in Tai Ping Hui Min He Ji Ju Fang,the main treatment principle for cough was to tonify the spleen and lung,resolve phlegm and reduce cough,and disperse cold by relieving the symptoms,with a balance between eliminating pathogen and strengthening healthy qi.
